1. What Blox Frutas Trades is

Blox Frutas Trades is a free, fan-made website where Blox Fruits players can post trade ads, look up item values, see the fruit stock and message each other.

We only provide information and a place to talk. We never hold, receive, transfer, sell or guarantee any in-game item, and we are not a party to any trade between players.

2. Who can use the site

You must be at least 13 years old to use Blox Frutas Trades. If you are under 13, do not use the site and do not create an account.

If you are 13 or older but under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf. In countries where a higher age is needed to consent to the processing of personal data (up to 16 in parts of the European Union), you need your parent's or guardian's consent until you reach that age.

You must also meet the age and other requirements of the account you sign in with (Discord or Roblox) and of Roblox itself.

3. For parents and guardians

Blox Fruits is played by many young people. If your child uses this site, we ask you to supervise their use, talk to them about online safety and make sure they never share passwords, personal information or real money with anyone.

The chat is between players we do not verify. If you believe your child is under 13 and has an account, or you want their data deleted, contact us on our Discord server and we will delete the account and its data.

4. Your account

You sign in with Discord or Roblox; we never see or store your password. You are responsible for everything done from your account, and for keeping the account you sign in with secure. Do not share your account or use someone else's.

The Roblox username you add to your profile must be your own.

5. No cross-trading or real-money trading

Items can only be traded for other in-game items. Trading for Robux, real money, gift cards, accounts, or items from other games or platforms is against Roblox's rules and is not allowed on this website. Trade ads and messages that ask for or offer them are blocked or removed, and accounts that try to cross-trade can be suspended.

6. Rules of conduct

You agree not to: scam or try to scam anyone; impersonate other players, staff or brands; harass, threaten, bully or discriminate; post sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content; share anyone's personal information (including your own real name, address, school or phone number); ask for passwords or account access; spam or advertise; post links to phishing, malware or "free Robux" sites; use bots, scrapers or automated tools on the site; or try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

We may remove any content and suspend or delete any account that breaks these rules, at our discretion and without notice.

7. Trades happen at your own risk

Every trade happens inside Roblox, directly between players. We cannot see, confirm, reverse or refund any trade, and we are not responsible for what other players do.

To stay safe: always check the trade window before accepting; never give items first in exchange for a promise; never click links sent in chat that ask you to log in; and never share your password or two-step codes. Report scams to us and to Roblox.

8. Values, stock and other information

Item values, demand, trends and fruit stock are estimates gathered from community sources and change constantly. They may be wrong, late or incomplete. They are a guide, not financial advice or a promise of what anyone will give you, and you should not rely on them alone.

9. What you post

You keep ownership of the trade ads and messages you post, and you are responsible for them. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and delete that content as needed to run the site. We do not have to keep or display any content, and we may remove it at any time.

10. Trademarks and no affiliation

Blox Frutas Trades is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Gamer Robot Inc. or the developers of Blox Fruits. Roblox, Robux, Blox Fruits and related names, images and item art are trademarks or property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the game and its items.

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, contact us on our Discord server and we will review it and remove it if appropriate.

11. Ads and other services

The site shows ads served by Google and relies on third-party services such as Discord and Roblox for sign-in. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them, for the ads they show or for other websites you reach through links.

12. No warranty

The site is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be available, secure, error-free or that its information is accurate.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Blox Frutas Trades and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of in-game items, currency, accounts, data or profits, arising from your use of the site, trades with other players, scams, outages or errors in values. Our total liability for any claim is limited to zero, since the site is free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law, and that causes a claim against us, you (or, for minors, your parent or guardian) agree to cover the resulting costs, to the extent the law allows.

15. Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, especially if you break these terms, and we may change or shut down the site or any part of it.

16. Changes, law and the rest

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Blox Frutas Trades is operated, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
